Below is the facimile of the Metropolitan's examination report issued to him when discharged along with a translation below the image: It is interesting to note how even when examined on the synod's own terms their slander is proven once again!

Sherbrook, November 2 2001

Concerning: Mr. Vitaly Oustinov

To whom it may concern,

I, Dr Catherine Allary, certify that I have met Mister Vitaly Oustinov, aged 91, resident of Mansonville. Occupation: Archbishop of the Russian Orthodox Church in Montreal.

He arrived at our emergency service by order of a court to have his mental condition evaluated. He has no psychiatric disease.

On the level of his cognitive sphere, we noticed a couple of recent memory problems and some disorientation in time. The rest of his cognitive faculties have remained normal for a person of his age.

There is no counter-indication for him to continue in his present occupation.

Made in Sherbrooke and handed to be used by whomever has the right to.
